Answers to the questions agents will ask before they join.
The refreshed marketing site now explains the proposition more clearly, but the core questions still matter: who can send, who can receive, how does matching work and how is the fee tracked?
Can the same agent send and receive referrals?
Yes. PatchRelay uses a unified agent model. The same account can create outgoing referrals and handle incoming opportunities where the agency coverage matches.
How does the platform find a receiving agent?
The referral postcode is converted to an outcode and matched against the outcodes that registered agencies have selected as their coverage areas.
What happens where no registered agent covers the outcode?
The referral is flagged to superadmin as a coverage-gap priority. Potential non-registered agencies can then be attached to that outcode and contacted for onboarding.
When do fee values become more accurate?
The system can start with an estimated fee. When sale-agreed price and confirmed estate agency fee are entered, the sending agent, receiving agent and PatchRelay shares recalculate.
What does superadmin oversee?
Superadmin can review all referrals, progression flags, uncovered areas, prospect agents, users, agencies and the estimated and confirmed fee pipeline.
Is there a mobile version?
Yes. The cPanel build includes device-aware routing to dedicated mobile pages for the public site and key workflow screens.
Is the marketing site separate from the backend?
No. The marketing pages and the working Phase 1 platform are included together within the same deployable pack.
Can the fee model change later?
Yes. The platform architecture keeps the split settings centrally manageable, so the commercial model can evolve if required.
