Set coverage
Agencies register the outcodes they genuinely operate in.
Every referral requires a postcode. Every agency selects the outcodes it covers. PatchRelay uses that shared geography to match opportunities and flag areas where the network needs onboarding.
The same Great Britain outcode dataset supports agency coverage selection, referral matching and the superadmin uncovered-area CRM. That keeps the system consistent from first setup to live operational prioritisation.
Agencies register the outcodes they genuinely operate in.
Live referrals search those outcodes for suitable receiving agents.
Uncovered referrals are visible to superadmin immediately.
Potential agents can be recorded against gap outcodes and contacted.
If a referral arrives for an outcode with no registered receiving agent, the system does not hide that failure. It surfaces it. Superadmin can log estate agents in that area, contact them and invite them to register against a live opportunity.
The system extracts L12. If no active agency coverage exists, the referral is prioritised for superadmin onboarding action.
That is stronger than guessing where to cold-call first.
